






DCA Production
At its location in Olst, DCA Production receives the various bone-in parts and slaughter by-products. The ultra-modern production line here allows a fixed group of workers to deliver end products of a high standard. Thanks to the short lines within the organisation, DCA is able to respond promptly and flexibly to demands from the market. In addition to customer-specific cuts, it is also possible to produce private label products. In addition to the basic conditions with which the labelling has to comply, DCA is also able to provide labels with customer-specific texts and/or barcodes. DCA guarantees complete traceability from the fattening farm right through to the primal cut anywhere in Europe and vice-versa. At their customers’ request, DCA Production can produce fresh, frozen or aged products. Climate-controlled transport is provided by certified international transport companies throughout the whole of Europe.
